A banana bread that only takes two bananas!
Heat oven to 350°F.
Prepare your 8x4-inch loaf pan.
Combine sugar, butter, and eggs in bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy.
Add bananas and vanilla and beat at low speed until well-mixed.
Stir in all remaining ingredients.
Spoon batter into prepared pan.
Bake 60-70 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool in pan 10 minutes; remove from pan to cooling rack.
