Two Bananas Bread Recipe

A banana bread that only takes two bananas!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 1 cup ripe bananas mashed
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. 

  2.  Prepare your 8x4-inch loaf pan.

  3. Combine sugar, butter, and eggs in bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy.

  4. Add bananas and vanilla and beat at low speed until well-mixed.

  5. Stir in all remaining ingredients.

  6. Spoon batter into prepared pan.

  7. Bake 60-70 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. 

  8. Cool in pan 10 minutes; remove from pan to cooling rack.

  9. Cool completely.
